Fertility Grant Application

Through our Fertility Grant Program, MJ’s Legacy Foundation provides financial assistance to individuals and families pursuing fertility treatment. Our hope is to ease a portion of the financial burden of treatment while reminding recipients that they are not alone in their journey.

Grant Awards
Fertility grants are typically awarded in amounts ranging from $1,000–$3,000, based on individual need and available foundation funding. Grant amounts and the number of recipients may vary by cycle.

Application Cycles
Fertility grant applications are reviewed during four grant cycles each year. All eligible applications received during a cycle are reviewed together after the application period closes. Grants are not awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upcoming Winter Grant Cycle
Applications Open: October 1, 2026
Applications Close: October 31, 2026
Award Notifications: November 2026

Applicants who are not selected for funding may apply again during a future grant cycle.
