A Special Update from MJ’s Legacy Foundation

Celebrating our Launch and First Grant Award

Dear Friends,

A few short months ago, MJ's Legacy Foundation was just an idea born from love, loss, and a desire to help other families facing infertility and pregnancy loss. Today, because of your generosity and support, that vision is becoming a reality.

Whether you donated, shared our mission, followed our journey, or simply offered words of encouragement, thank you. Your support has meant more than we can express. What began as a way to honor our son, MJ, is growing into a source of hope and support for families navigating some of life's most difficult challenges.

Since launching MJ's Legacy Foundation, we have been hard at work building the foundation needed to serve families in our community. Some of our recent milestones include:

• Establishing MJ's Legacy Foundation as an official nonprofit organization

• Building our website and creating our grant application process

• Connecting with local fertility clinics, funeral homes, and grief therapists

• Launching our social media presence to increase awareness and reach more families

• Creating brochures and marketing materials for providers to share with those who may benefit from our programs

• Beginning to accept grant applications from individuals and families in need

Every step has been focused on creating a sustainable organization that can provide meaningful support to families for years to come.

Our First Grant Awarded

We are honored to share that MJ's Legacy Foundation has awarded its first fertility grant in the amount of $3,000.

This milestone represents exactly why this foundation was created—to provide hope, support, and financial assistance to families pursuing their dreams of parenthood. While it is only one grant, it marks the beginning of what we hope will be many opportunities to help families on their journeys.

We are currently reviewing additional applications and expect the number of applicants to continue growing as awareness of the foundation expands throughout our community and among healthcare providers.

Looking Ahead

As we continue to grow, our focus remains on:

• Expanding awareness among fertility clinics, grief counselors, and healthcare providers

• Increasing the number of grant recipients we can support

• Building partnerships throughout our community

• Providing compassionate support to individuals and families navigating infertility and pregnancy loss
